Factors of using perfect colour for the your residence interior.
Residence interior is becoming more and more important after the Covid era due to unfortunate lock down and widespread work from home culture. So residential interior painting is important for your own well being and mental health rather than showing off.
I have experienced during my career many people chose colour or colour combinations according to there interest without analysing the impact of the colours.
As I am leading a team, which provides one of the top interior painting services in Canberra I will share my expertise and experience on the factors to choose perfect colours or colour combinations for your residential painting.
Colour Tone
Colour tone refers to brightness or deepness of a particular colour. We use bright tone of colours if our clients prefer warm colour too much, I mean if they want us to apply cool colour on the wall even in their home office room or in study room.
Again, we apply deep colour tone of warm colours if our clients want to stick to warm colours even in their bedrooms.
Base colour
We use base colour when you want us to apply texture colours, stripes, borders on the wall of your residence.
I recommend to opt for the contrast of either bright and deep tone of a single colour or contrast of warm and cool colours.
So base colour should be selected as per the utilsation of a particular room, I mean whether the room is used as bed room, living room, gaming room or as your home office.
Sunlight utilisation
If your room gets sunlight for a longer period of a day, specially in the season of summer then we recommend to choose cool colour or colour combinations to reduce the light reflection. Apart from that, this approach also helps you to stay calm down and concentrate in your work.
If your room does not get enough sunlight then we recommend to opt for any bright shades of any warm colour. It will help you reduce electricity consumption due to high light reflection.
Warm colours
There are three primary colours Red, Yellow and Blue. The secondary and tertiary colours, which contain more Red and Yellow are considered as warm colours.
Warm colours are bright by default and they are highly light reflective. Psychology these colours or shades of warm colours help you to get more energy in your mind and body. Generally they are suitable for your living room, working room, home gym e.t.c.
Cool colours
Primary cool colour is Blue. Green and Violet are the cool secondary colours. Blue -Violet, Blue -Green are the cool tertiary colours. The cool colours contain less Red and Yellow but contain more Blue.
Application of cool colours in your interior help you to control your anger and hyper activity. Apart from that these cool colours also help you to concentrate in your work and keep you calm down.
Monochromatic colours
Monochromatic colours are the combination of different shades of a single colour.
Some time we use monochromatic colours to express the artistic mind of our clients. If you are passionate about a particular colour and you want texture on the same colour then we recommend the monochromatic colours.
Usage purpose of room
We choose colours according to your usage of a room. E.g in case of your bedroom we opt for cool colours, warm colours for your living room, combination of deep shades of warm colours for your kitchen by default.
Through I personally apply colours after doing detail discussion with my clients. So that my clients get perfect interior painting service from me.
